Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. Fitlane is not directed to children. If your local law requires a higher age or parent/guardian consent, you may use Fitlane only when those requirements are met.

Fitness and Medical Disclaimer

Fitlane provides fitness, nutrition, meal planning, workout planning, tracking, and progress tools for general wellness. Fitlane does not diagnose, treat, cure, prescribe for, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Fitlane is not a medical device and is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, dietitian, trainer, or other qualified professional. Do not use Fitlane for eating disorder recovery, diabetes, pregnancy, clinical conditions, emergency decisions, or medical decisions.

Your Account

You are responsible for the activity on your account, for keeping your sign-in information secure, and for making sure your profile information is accurate. You must not misuse Fitlane, attempt to access another user's account, reverse engineer the app, interfere with the service, or use Fitlane for illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.

AI Estimates and User Content

AI nutrition estimates, meal plans, workout plans, calorie targets, macros, and progress insights are approximate and may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing and editing logged entries before relying on them. You retain responsibility for the food descriptions, feedback, support messages, and other content you submit to Fitlane.

Subscriptions and Billing

Fitlane may offer optional Premium subscriptions through Apple in-app purchase. Premium may include expanded AI chat, calorie logging, meal and workout planning, personalization, advanced insights, and other paid features. Free users may receive limited basic logging and a limited number of AI chats.

Subscription price, billing period, trial eligibility, renewal details, and cancellation controls are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account before renewal. Purchases and refund requests for Apple in-app purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's terms and applicable law; Fitlane does not separately process direct refunds for Apple-billed purchases.

Service Changes and Availability

We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, including free and Premium features, where reasonable. Fitlane may be unavailable because of maintenance, outages, security issues, third-party services, or events outside our control.

Termination

You may stop using Fitlane at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, misuse the service, or where required by law or platform rules. You can request account deletion by contacting us.

Intellectual Property

Fitlane, Boxy, the app design, software, graphics, logos, brand, and related content are owned by Butter Chicken Studios Private Limited or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use Fitlane according to these Terms and applicable platform terms.

Disclaimers and Liability

Fitlane is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not promise that Fitlane will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Butter Chicken Studios Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by reliance on inaccurate estimates, third-party services, user-entered data, or unavailable services.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer, privacy, health, subscription, or platform laws in your country or region.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, except where local consumer law requires otherwise. Courts in Maharashtra, India will have jurisdiction where legally permitted.
